De stichting wordt bestuurd door 6 informatica studieverenigingen, die meteen de landelijke dekking van het evenement garanderen. Zij hebben de organisatie van het congres afgestaan aan een commissie uit Utrecht die dit jaar bestaat uit zes enthousiaste studenten informatica en informatiekunde. Zij hebben de taak op zich genomen dit grootse evenement te organiseren voor een doelgroep van enkele duizenden studenten.

The management board of the foundation consists of six student associations of information science, which can guarantee a national cover of the symposium. They have formed a committee to organise the Sensami symposium. This committee consists of six enthousiastic students which have their studies in Utrecht.
